The leased property was developed and sold by the company, leased back, and then subleased to Kmart.

The company owns one office properties located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. This property is The Gold Building – a multi-tenant building that includes Servidyne, Inc.'s corporate headquarters.

Abrams Properties also has real estate available for future development, lease or sale including land in North Fort Myers, Florida, Oakwood, Georgia and Smyrna, Tennessee. Possible future uses for these parcels of land could be for retail shops, commercial development pads or outlots.
